At BrainFox Creative, every item is custom printed on demand just for you. Because of this, we do not keep pre-printed inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Accidental orders

  • Change of mind after purchase


Please review all sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

🛑 Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We stand behind the quality of every product we ship.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, we’ll gladly provide a free replacement or full refund.

To Request a Replacement or Refund:

Please email hello@brainfoxcreative.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue


Once approved, we’ll either:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method


Defective items do not need to be returned.

📍 Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Lost Packages

If your tracking stops updating and the package appears lost in transit before delivery, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement when appropriate.

Delivered but Missing Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen packages. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

💳 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
